  3.        Hard Disk READ_ME for Professional Football Simulation 3.0

  8.    To install PFS (Professional Football Simulation 3.0) on your 
  9. hard disk drive, we have created a script to copy the disks and install
  10. the needed assigns to make the program run.  Most Amiga owners' second
  11. hard drive partition is called either DH1: or FH1:.  The JH1: hard
  12. disk device isn't directly supported through the installation script
  13. but if you have a working knowledge of AmigaDOS, you can alter a
  14. current script to support it.

  16.    Before we can get down to the installation, a certain file and a 
  17. certain command needs to be present in your hard drive's S:Startup-Sequence.
  18. The original Workbench 1.3 (tm) startup-sequence includes an
  19. 'execute s:startupii' and our PFS installation program adds a logical
  20. assign TO this file.   If you have altered your original startup-sequence,
  21. this line will need to be replaced in the file.

  24. Running the game from hard disk
  25. -------------------------------

  27.    Because of the configuration of the program, the program cannot be
  28. loaded by clicking on an icon.  To run the game, you will need to enter
  29. the CLI or AmigaSHELL.   After you are in, type the following:

  32. If it's installed in DH1: enter...      If it's installed in FH1: enter...
  33.  
  34.        CD DH1:PFS                              CD FH1:PFS
  35.        PFS                                     PFS
  36.  
  37.    That's all there is too it.
